Heart Opener Breathwork

Start your day with this Breathwork practice designed to connect you to the energy of your heart. First, we'll use some up-regulated breathing techniques to clear energy, then we'll drop in to a short meditation to connect to gratitude and love. This practice is available by sliding scale donation of $5-20, payable by Venmo.
