Heart Opening Breathwork Journey

Join Susannah as she guides you through a heart-opening Breathwork Journey. Appropriate for all levels, this practice will include an up-regulated breathing style, flooding your body with oxygen &  intermittent breath holds that often feel magical, facilitating a deeper connection to yourself. 

This Breathwork Journey is approximately 40 minutes long & will conclude with a sharing circle. Bring a mat, a mug for tea, anything you need to get cozy, and an eye covering. An eye mask or small towel works well.
