About the event
Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness (of ourself and/or others), rooted in the belief that healing oneself can heal the world. This breathwork-focused technique involves repeating four powerful phrases: "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you." Through these affirmations, we can release negative emotions, mend relationships, and restore inner peace. Ho’oponopono emphasizes taking full responsibility for one's thoughts and actions, fostering a deep sense of compassion and connection. This transformative practice promotes emotional well-being and harmonious living by enabling personal and collective healing.
Join me in marrying this powerful practice with the breath this week. Let's lighten our load together!
